- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions and work for efficient tracking and reporting.
- Computer Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, focusing on managing the sales team and overseeing the sales department.
- Client Relationship Management: Key to long-term success, the role requires the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Advanced Skills: Excel and Trello proficiency are essential for efficient data management.
- Follow-Up Abilities: Proficient in conducting thorough follow-ups with clients to ensure sustained engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirement: Mandatory possession of a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of education.
- Experience: Preferably holds 1 to 3 years or more of experience in bench sales, IT staffing, or a related field; however, candidates with relevant education and a strong interest may be considered. Freshers are welcome as well!
- Results-Oriented Focus: Critical to have a results-oriented mindset, as the role involves meeting specific sales targets and revenue goals.
- Language Proficiency: English proficiency is necessary for effective communication with clients and consultants.

- Shift Timing: 09:00 PM to 07:00AM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years
- Salary Range: ₹17K – ₹24K Per month (INR) + Incentive
- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
