In an IT staffing company, the HR position is pivotal in managing both the internal workforce and the external talent pool. Qualification
- 1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2. Master’s degree or HR certifications (such as SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous.
- 3. Prior experience in human resources, preferably in a staffing or recruiting environment.
- 4. Experience in the IT sector is highly beneficial.
- 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and clients.
- 6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal staff and external candidates.
- 7. Proven track record in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- 8. Ability to source and attract top IT talent through various channels.
Key Details :
- Shift Timing: 09:00 PM to 07:00AM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years
- Salary Range: ₹17K – ₹25K Per month (INR) + Incentive
- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
